Our holiday apartments are carefully designed and furnished to a high standard.
Please treat the accommodation, its furnishings and the neighborhood with respect – just as you would wish for yourself.
Arrival & Departure
Check-In
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Access is provided as described in your booking confirmation.
- Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival time.
Check-Out
- Check-out until 10:00 AM
- Please leave the accommodation tidy.
- Please turn down the heating, close the windows and switch off the lights.
- Please return the key to the key box.
Quiet hours & consideration
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No parties, celebrations or events
- In case of non-compliance, a fee of €500 may be charged.
Smoking & open flames
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Open flames (such as candles, fire pits, etc.) are also prohibited
- In the event of a violation, a cleaning and damage fee of €500 will be charged
Guests & occupancy
- Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight
- Additional guests without prior registration are not permitted
- In case of non-compliance, a fee of €50 per person per night will be charged
Pets
- Pets are not allowed
- Exception: assistance dogs with prior notice
- In the event of a violation, additional cleaning or repair costs may apply
Cleanliness & damages
- Please report any damage or missing items immediately
- The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves
- In the event of excessive soiling, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees
Heating & sustainability
- Please use energy responsibly
- When leaving the apartment, please turn down the heating
- Please do not leave windows tilted/open for extended periods
Parking
- Parking information will be provided before arrival
- Bitte parke ausschließlich auf den beschriebenen Flächen
Multimedia
- Wi-Fi and at least one TV are available in all accommodations
- Access details can be found inside the accommodation
